NOTICE!!

Because we feel the issues of the two faxes (below) are extremely important, we are making both faxes available as a “Two-for-one” fax. Both faxes will be going to ALL Democrat and RINO Senators! As you know, the Waxman-Markey Carbon Cap and Trade bill was passed by the members of Congress earlier this year. Currently, Senators Boxer and Kerry are trying to force their version of the bill through the Senate Environment and Public Workers Committee WITHOUT an official EPA analysis of what is in the bill or how much it will cost! Please join us in demanding that the members of this Committee refuse to vote on the Boxer-Kerry bill by requesting to send the fax below.

To:  Senator Boxer, ET AL:

Once again, our government is trying to force an unnecessary piece of legislation on the American people—this time it is the Cap and Trade bill—aka the Waxman-Markey Carbon Cap and Trade bill; aka the Kerry-Boxer Pollution Reduction and Investment Program; aka H.R. 2454 – American Clean Energy and Security Act of 2009; but best known as the Cap and TAX bill.

In spite of the fact that an overwhelming majority (over 57%) of the American people have made it clear that they do not want, nor can they afford this legislation; the Waxman-Markey version was passed by the members of Congress earlier this year.

Now, in an effort to get this legislation passed by the Senate, Senate Majority Chairman Barbara Boxer is pushing to get the Kerry-Boxer version through the Senate Environment and Public Workers Committee this week—without the official EPA analysis of what's in the bill and how much it will cost!

The American people HAVE THE RIGHT TO KNOW what is in the bill and what the EPA thinks it will cost—especially because this bill will have a huge, detrimental effect on every single American citizen! Not only will it result in the loss of MILLIONS of jobs—at a time when our country is suffering a 10% unemployment rate—but, by the president’s own admission, “…energy costs will necessarily skyrocket!” The American people cannot afford this legislation!

Please refuse to vote on any version of the Cap and Trade legislation proposed by Senator Boxer or Senator Kerry until the EPA has submitted a complete analysis of what is in the bill and HOW MUCH IT WILL COST AMERICAN TAXPAYERS!

PLEASE VOTE AGAINST THE CAP AND TRADE (TAX) BILL!

FAX #2 - MEMBER INFO:

As you know, the members of Congress voted to pass Pelosi’s Healthcare Reform bill AGAINST the will of the people. Although we have politely and respectfully voiced our concerns and objections to this bill, we were ignored. The time for “playing nice” is over! The bill now goes to the Senate and, as the members of Congress seemed to have misunderstood our wishes, the fax below will let our Senators know—in no uncertain terms—just how we feel!

Dear Senator Reid, ET AL.:

The members of Congress failed to listen to the voice of the people. Hundreds of thousands of people attended the march in DC on 9/12/09 voicing their objection to the Healthcare Reform bill. Millions and millions of faxes and emails have been sent; and phone calls made to representatives pleading with them to vote NO on Healthcare Reform. As recently as 11/5/09, hundreds of thousands of America’s citizens made a house call at the Capitol Building—again voicing their objections to Pelosi’s atrocity of a Healthcare Reform bill. Who did the members of Congress listen to? NOT the voices of American citizens! Not the voices of the people they are suppose to represent! 215 members of Congress KISSED THE BUTTS OF OBAMA AND PELOSI and voted against the will of the people!

The American people could not have been more respectful and polite in making their requests to their representatives (which is more than I can say for the actions of the people that supported the bill!).  But look what our politeness got us—a slap in the face by the people we elected to serve us! These 215 so-called representatives WILL face the wrath of the people! Count on it!

Now it’s YOUR turn! Unfortunately for you, our politeness and respectful attitudes are used up! We saw how far that got us with the members of Congress! We won’t make that mistake again!

Will YOU listen to voice of the people? Will YOU have the courage to vote AGAINST this bill that is UNCONSTITUTIONAL! Will YOU vote against this bill that will force American citizens to accept government-run healthcare (when the members of Congress refuse to accept the same plan for themselves)? Or, will you, too, KISS THE BUTTS of Obama, Pelosi, and Reid—and in so doing, force your constituents to pay fines of $250,000. and/or go to jail for refusing to take part in government-run healthcare?

Will YOU have the courage to stand up AGAINST Obama, Pelosi, and Reid? Or will you wimp out just as 215 of your Congressional counterparts did?

You will soon be faced with two choices:

1. The simple one—LISTEN TO THE VOICES OF YOUR CONSTITUENTS and vote NO FOR HEALTHCARE! OR,
2. Copy the example of the members of Congress and kiss Obama’s, Pelosi’s, and Reid’s butts now, and then KISS YOUR OWN BUTT GOODBYE in November of 2010!
